We’re hiring a qualified technician who wants to grow into a Field Manager / Working Foreman role.
This is not a helper job and not instant management.
This is a paid proving ground for someone who can execute and lead.
You should be strong in the following:
- Cabinet installation
- Interior doors & door frames
- Window installation (non-structural)
- Tile installation & repair
- Floor installation
- Carpentry
- Drywall and Paint
- Renovation sequencing & jobsite flow
MIT Track Looks Like -
- Start as a working technician to prove proficiency and leadership
- 90 day Manager-in-Training phase
- Gradual leadership: Scheduling, QC, Estimates, Teaching
- Promotion to Field Lead based on performance
Upon Promotion to Field Manager -
- $50,000 base salary
- Company vehicle provided
- Eligibility for discretionary, bi-annual bonuses
- Additional perks unlocked based on performance, consistent and tenure
Bonus and Perks -
- Bonuses are discretionary with bi-annual consideration
- Typical annual bonus range: $1,000–$2,000
- Vehicle provided with promotion
- Fuel and phone coverage may be added later based on performance
