About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, video editing (including green screen), and visual storytelling. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure engaging, high-quality content across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content (videos, graphics, photography) tailored for different social media platforms.
Content Planning & Scheduling: Strategize, plan, and manage the publishing calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts.
Video Production: Record, edit, and enhance videos with advanced editing skills—especially with green screens, transitions, and adding motion graphics/elements.
Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to align content with brand goals and campaigns.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive engagement and growth.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role .
Strong video editing skills (green screen, adding visual effects, color grading, motion graphics).
Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva).
Skilled in photography and videography (framing, lighting, storytelling).
Excellent understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
